Global Presence
We are working in Nigeria from last 11 years, with office in Abuja. Our firm is doing projects of PHCN -TCN (Transmission Company of Nigeria, government of Nigeria). At present we have three 132/33 KV/ 60 MVA substations and two 132 KV Transmission lines in Nigeria. We have entered into these projects through joint venture with competent local firm. The main job of our JV partner is to assist us in erection and commissioning of the substation/transmission line and execute total civil work as per scope of the projects.

A dream of many ideas, passion, enthusiasm gave birth to our organization in 1996. Over last 25 years, the group has established itself as a leading power infrastructure company, known for its dynamic approach within the local segment. We have been reinventing ourselves in order to stay relevant in changing market. Over the years, we evolved and diversified into turnkey project organization from initial start up as a small contractor and from 66 KV to 765 KV transmission lines and substations. It was possible through active engagement, hard work and dedication of our employees.

Mr. Rajesh S. Kadu
Vice President Operations
He is with the group since January 2010 with total industry experience of more than 30 years. His experience includes Administration, HR, Systems development, General management, Project management, Export shipments, Resources planning, Funds management, Production, Quality management, Product management, Contractual arbitration etc. He is B.E. with management qualification in Industrial Engineering, Total Quality Management and Human Resource management.

After BE he joined this organization in 2003. During last 18 years he has effectively worked in all the techno-commercial department like Tendering, Purchase, Project management, Business development, Resources planning, Funds management, Exports material planning and technical documentation, banking communication, Contractual arbitration etc. He is looking after major functions under the guidance of management. He believes in detailing and decision based on facts and figures.
Mr. Sanjay Govind Korgaonkar

He is associated with the group of companies since 2007. He has total industry experience of more than 40 years. He has worked in Manufacturing, Accounts, Finance, Overall banking related issues, Business proposals and fund raising for projects, Overseas banking and formalities, Legal and arbitration, government approvals and related domain. He is providing support and guidance to various departments on overseas & domestic banking and commercial aspect.
Mr. Sagar Gawande
Head Special Projects
He started working for the group of companies from his Engineering days. He has been with the group since 2009. He is looking after Project execution, Resources planning, Fund management, New site development and government approvals, banking activities, PR work and other related activities. He has total experience of more than 13 years. He looks after the operations particularly in Vidarbha region with the coordination with Navi Mumbai Head office.
